Welcome to the VigorSMP webstore. By purchasing any packages, digital items, ranks, or services offered through this store (the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

1. General Information

  • VigorSMP is referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Server.”

  • The Services offered are digital, intangible items for the Minecraft server VigorSMP. xyz. 

  • We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

2. Eligibility

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method used for your purchase.

3. Payment & Delivery

  • All purchases are processed securely through Tebex (Buycraft).

  • Items are delivered automatically in-game. If delivery issues occur, please contact us at Techtemp@hozler.com or Tech_Temp through discord.

4. No Refund Policy

By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals are permitted under any circumstances.

  • This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Server closures

    • Loss of access due to rule violations

    • In-game changes, updates, resets, or item adjustments

    • Accidental purchases

  • Attempting a chargeback will result in:

    • Permanent ban from the server and store

    • Removal of purchased items

    • Possible reporting to Tebex for payment abuse

5. Rank & Item Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any rank, feature, or perk at any time.

  • We may perform server resets that can affect purchased items.

  • You are purchasing support for the server, not permanent ownership of in-game items.

6. Server Rules

  • All players must follow the server rules

  • Violations may result in punishments, including loss of purchased items or ranks, without compensation or refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We do not store payment information. All payments are handled by Tebex.

  • Any personal data collected is used only to process and support your order.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Unauthorized disputes or fraudulent activity may result in:

    • Immediate server and store bans

    • Revocation of all digital goods

    • Notification to Tebex fraud prevention systems
